Tin’ini Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery Days & Time Slots

  • Deliveries are available Friday to Sunday only.

    • Friday:
      Slot 1 — 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM

    • Saturday:
      Slot 1 — 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM,
      Slot 2 — 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM,
      Slot 3 — 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM

    • Sunday:
      Slot 1 — 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM,
      Slot 2 — 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Delivery Fees

  • Orders below $40: $8 delivery fee

  • Orders $40 and above: $3 delivery fee

Order Cut-Off & Slot Booking

  • Orders must be placed at least 3 working days in advance to secure a delivery slot.

  • Order Cut-Off: Tuesday, 11:59 PM. Orders placed after this time will be fulfilled the following week.

  • Delivery slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Disclaimer: If all delivery slots are full, your order will be scheduled for the next available delivery slot. Self-collection is always welcomed as an alternative.

Self-Collection

  • Pick-up is available at Bukit Batok.

  • Self-collection is only available upon confirmation. Please contact us via Instagram DM to confirm available time slots.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Delivery and self-collection will only be processed once payment is confirmed.

  • You will receive an order confirmation (after payment confirmation), followed by a delivery or self-collection confirmation with your allocated time slot.
