Q: Are your desserts Halal?
A: We use only Halal-certified ingredients in all our desserts, and we do not use pork & lard. While Tin’ini itself is not officially Halal-certified as a business, we prepare our treats with great care and respect for our Muslim customers.
Q: How should I store my Tiramisu Sphères?

If not enjoying right away, place in the fridge immediately once you receive it. Do not leave it out for more than 1 hour.

Keeps up to 3 days in the fridge from the date of collection.

For longer storage, place in the freezer — up to 5 days from the date of collection.
Q: What is the best way to enjoy the Tiramisu Sphères?

From fridge: Leave at room temperature for 25–30 minutes before eating for the perfect creamy texture.

From freezer: Thaw at room temperature for 25–30 minutes before enjoying.
⚠️ For best quality and food safety, please do not keep beyond the recommended storage times.
Q: Do you offer same-day delivery?
A: Our desserts are made to order and require advance preparation. Please place your order at least 3 working days in advance. Expedited or off-day deliveries are available at a flat $20 fee, subject to availability.
Q: Can I change my delivery date after ordering?
A: Changes are possible if slots are still open. Please contact us as early as possible via Instagram DM.
Q: Where is self-collection available?
A: Self-collection is at Bukit Batok (by confirmation). Exact details will be sent after your order is confirmed.
Q: Do you accept cancellations or refunds?
A: As each dessert is handcrafted to order, we are unable to accept cancellations or offer cash refunds once your order has been confirmed.
